Its story
Pi Piscium is a spectroscopic binary 114 light-years away, in the zodiacal constellation of the Fishes. The primary is an F0 star with 1.42 solar masses and roughly two billion years old, halfway through its main sequence life. It still spins fast — 106 km/s at its equator — and radiates five and a half times the Sun's light with the characteristic yellow-white hue of its class.
