Cookie policy
This policy describes the cookies and similar technologies used on stelvia.space, in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC («ePrivacy Directive»), Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) Guide on the use of cookies in its current version.
1. What are cookies
A cookie is a small text file that a website installs on your device when you visit it. It allows the site to recognise the user, remember preferences or measure site usage. The rules also apply to equivalent technologies such as browser local storage and device identifiers.
2. Types of cookies we use
We distinguish four categories: (a) strictly necessary cookies for the site to work, which do not require consent; (b) preference cookies, which remember your choices (language, accessible mode) and are installed only with your consent; (c) analytical cookies, intended to measure aggregate site use — Stelvia uses Google Analytics 4, with anonymised IP and prior consent as its lawful basis, to measure the conversion funnel in aggregate; and (d) advertising cookies, which measure how well our social media campaigns work and show you our ads on those platforms. Categories (b), (c) and (d) are consent-gated: the corresponding script is neither downloaded nor initialised until you accept that specific category in the banner, and accepting analytics does not enable advertising or the other way round. The advertising providers actually deployed at any given time are listed in the table in section 3; if none appears there, no advertising pixel is loading. We also use Vercel Web Analytics for an aggregate visit count: it installs no cookies and no persistent identifiers on your device, so it falls outside the scope of article 22.2 LSSI-CE, and we declare it here for transparency (art. 13 GDPR). We also use Google Cloud Error Reporting for technical error diagnostics: it does not install first-party cookies, it relies on legitimate interests (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) rather than consent, and the full details are in the privacy policy.

Google Cloud Error Reporting (technical error diagnostics) is active on the site but does not install first-party cookies on your device, so it falls outside the scope of this table; its purpose and lawful basis are described in the privacy policy. If we enable additional cookie-based features (session replay, A/B testing) in the future, we will update this table with the new identifiers and purposes. Advertising cookie rows are only shown when the corresponding pixel is actually deployed on the site: if you see none, no advertising pixel is loading.
4. How to manage your consent
On your first visit we display a banner that lets you (a) accept all cookies, (b) accept only the technical ones or (c) customise your choice by category. Your decision is stored in your browser for twelve months. You can change it at any time via the «Manage cookie preferences» link in the footer, or by deleting cookies from your browser. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled because the site cannot function without them. If we add a new category — as has happened with advertising — we show you the banner once more so you can decide on it, keeping the choices you had already made: having accepted analytics back then does not amount to accepting advertising.
5. Browser configuration
Beyond the banner, most browsers let you control cookies from their privacy settings: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge and Brave. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect parts of the site.
6. Updates
This policy may be updated when we add new cookies, change providers or when the law evolves. We recommend reviewing it periodically; the date at the end of the document indicates the current version.
