The AR app is a progressive web app with no download. When you open it and grant device orientation permission, your phone overlays the exact position of the star you signed onto the real sky. It works in Chrome for Android and Safari for iOS, night or day.
Yes, as long as it isn't secured: anyone with an account can sign the same star, and their message will replace yours. If that happens we notify you by email and your message is kept in your private history: you can take back the same star if it's still free, sign another one, or secure your signature with the lock so it never happens again.
The lock is digital content performed immediately: your signature is secured instantly and the certificate and video are generated upon payment. For that reason, with your express consent at checkout, it is excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal (art. 103.m TRLGDCU; reinforced by art. 103.c due to personalisation).
