Is it really my star?
You'll receive a certificate with the exact coordinates of a real star from the Hipparcos catalogue, along with its unique astronomical ID, dedicated within Stelvia to you alone as a symbolic, commemorative gift. It links you personally to a real point in the universe, without granting any property rights.
Is it recognised by the IAU?
No. No star sold by any company is recognised by the International Astronomical Union (IAU), the sole authority for nomenclature. Stelvia is a symbolic, commemorative gift; we tell you plainly.
How long does delivery take?
The digital certificate and AR app access are immediate after purchase. The physical Gift edition currently ships to Spain only, in an estimated 3-7 business days, with tracking when the carrier provides it.
How does it look in the AR app?
The AR app is a progressive web app, no download required. Open it from the certificate link, grant device-orientation permission and your phone will overlay the exact position of your star on the real sky. Works on Chrome Android and Safari iOS, day or night.
Can I gift it the same day?
Yes. The Digital + AR tier delivers the certificate by email instantly. If you want to surprise someone right away, you can choose the digital delivery and pair it later with the physical shipment of any tier.
Refunds?
Stelvia products carry a personalised name and dedication, which excludes them from the 14-day right of withdrawal under art. 103.c TRLGDCU. For the Digital edition, authorising immediate certificate delivery also means forfeiting the right of withdrawal (art. 103.m TRLGDCU). See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
