Its story
In Auriga —the celestial charioteer, with his cart of northern stars— shines an orange K-type star. Its light has been on its way some three hundred fifty years: it set out as Louis XIV was ruling France from Versailles and Europe was taking its first steps into the grandest Baroque. Cooler and more golden than the Sun, it glows in that copper tone that betrays stellar age. A serene ember in the charioteer's cart, kindled in the heart of the Grand Siècle.
