Within the constellation Pisces glows a K-type orange giant 190 light-years away. Its light began its journey around 1836, when Charles Darwin was returning to England aboard the Beagle, laden with the observations that would change biology. Cooler and larger than the Sun, it spills an orange glow across a zodiacal constellation that is modest yet ancient.
