Its story
Pisces is an ancient zodiacal constellation formed by two fish tied by a celestial cord. Among its lesser stars glows this orange sun — cold and voluminous — whose light took about 446 years to arrive. It set out when the Reformation was shaking Europe and, at the same time, on the other side of the world, Iberian powers were extending their trade routes as far as Asia. This K-type star represents that long, golden phase in which a sun has burnt up its central hydrogen and begins, unhurriedly, to unfold its outer maturity.
