Its story
In Pisces, that ancient zodiacal figure where two ribbons cross, tied to motionless fish, shines an A-type white star. Its light set out more than three hundred and twenty years ago, towards the end of the seventeenth century, when Leeuwenhoek was discovering through his lenses the invisible world of microbes. Hotter and more luminous than the Sun, it gives off a cool white glow. It is a discreet light in a constellation of fine brushstrokes, like a small, sharp piece holding up the silence of the sky when autumn and winter meet above the horizon.
