Its story
19 Capricorni is an orange K-type giant 365 light-years away, within the Sea-Goat, one of the most discreet zodiacal constellations in the sky. Capricornus lacks bright stars and its triangular silhouette must be hunted patiently between Sagittarius and Aquarius. The light reaching us departed at the start of the seventeenth century, in the era when Kepler was setting out his laws of planetary motion.
