Its story
A little more than 71 light-years away, in Capricornus, it shines with the yellowish-white tone of class F stars, slightly hotter than the Sun. The light arriving now set out a little over seven decades ago, when post-war Europe was taking its first steps towards reconstruction and the pioneers of computing were building the first electronic computers. Because it is so close, it is one of those suns that can be studied in detail from Earth.
