Lam
Its story
Lambda Piscium traces the southeastern corner of the Circlet of Pisces, that small ring of stars representing the head of one of the fish. It is white, young at some 583 million years, nearly double the Sun's size and thirteen times as luminous, just 107 light-years away. A modest star whose geometry inside the ring makes it indispensable to the asterism.
