Its fierce radiation places it among the hottest naked-eye stars in Pegasus, despite lying 695 light-years away. The light reaching Earth tonight set out around 1331, while the medieval kingdoms of Europe were redrawing their borders.

32 Pegasi lies in the northern celestial hemisphere. It is visible to the naked eye under a dark sky. Its best month of the year is September, when it culminates around midnight.
