Its story

Pi-1 Pegasi is a yellow giant about two hundred and ninety light-years away, an elder sibling of the Sun that has already swollen its atmosphere and burned through its core hydrogen. It rides the sky beside its visual partner Pi-2, another optical doublet —the kind that becomes a small exclamation mark for anyone who finds it with binoculars on a quiet night.
