Zet
Hot blue starIts story
Zeta Corvi is a blue-white star 416 light-years away, in the small but ancient asterism of the Crow — that compact quadrilateral south of Virgo that Babylonian astronomers already charted. Hot and young, its light carries a cool tint that contrasts with the more golden stars nearby. One of the points marking the body of the mythic bird that, according to the fable, betrayed Apollo and was condemned to eternal thirst.
