Its story
37 Leonis Minoris is a G-type star some 578 light-years away, in a faint constellation stitched between the Great Bear and the Lion. Its yellow light travelled through the whole fifteenth century before reaching today s telescopes: when it set out, the printing presses of Mainz were still composing their first Bibles. Too dim to spot from a city, it only yields itself under deep rural skies.
