21 Leonis Minoris is an elegant oddity: a white A-type star spinning on its axis in under twelve hours, deformed by its own momentum into a flattened spheroid. It also pulses as a Delta Scuti variable, beating across cycles of hours while sending its light across 92 light-years. The Lesser Lion, crouched between the Great Bear and the Lion proper, hides within its modest borders one of the fastest stellar gyroscopes we can study.

21 Leonis Minoris lies in the northern celestial hemisphere. It is visible to the naked eye under a dark sky.
