Its story
An orange star in Tucana, the southern toucan. Its light crossed 231 years of cosmos: it set off when the French Revolution was convulsing Europe and the newly independent United States was electing its first president. A K-class star, cooler and more golden than the Sun, it shines with the warm light of mature stars, out there where only southern navigators can recognise it.
