Delta Andromedae
What is Delta Andromedae
δ Andromedae is an orange K-type giant that has long since left its nuclear youth and is slowly swelling toward the end of its life. Its amber tone contrasts with the bluish-white of its younger neighbours in that autumnal corner of the northern sky.
