Its story
On the discreet horn of the Unicorn shines a yellow type-G star, akin to the Sun but more distant: 308 light-years separate us. Its light set out in the heart of the Enlightenment, when the French encyclopaedists were publishing the volumes of Diderot and d'Alembert and reason was rising as a new lantern. It has travelled for three centuries to peer down, modest, in a modern and almost forgotten constellation.
