Its story
In Aquarius shines a K-type star, orange and unhurried, somewhat cooler than the Sun. Its light departed at the end of the eighteenth century, when Mozart premiered his final operas in Vienna and French revolutionaries stormed the Bastille. Two hundred and forty years later, that same light —knowing nothing of empires or revolutions— now completes its long journey into the autumn night.
