Its story
In Lyra —the small lyre Hermes gave to Orpheus in Greek myth— floats this yellow G-star, Sun-like and very distant. Its light has been crossing the galaxy for 1169 years: it set out around the year 857, when Baghdad was the capital of the Abbasid Caliphate and the House of Wisdom was translating Aristotle to preserve the thought of the ancient world.
