Hot blue starIts story
In Lyra, this hot and unnamed blue star has been sending its light for 578 years. It set off in 1448, when Gutenberg was perfecting in Mainz the movable-type press that would transform Europe. Of B-type and intense temperature, it ranks among the stars that give Lyra its crystalline glow, a small but very luminous constellation dominated by the nearby and famous Vega.
