Its story
In Ophiuchus, far from bright Sagittarius, glows a white type-A star hotter than the Sun. Its light set off 386 years ago: it was crossing space as the Peace of Westphalia was signed in 1648, end of the Thirty Years War and birth of the modern European state. A clear light, hidden among the invisible coils held up by the Serpent Bearer.
