Nu-2
Its story
Nu-2 Coronae Borealis is an orange K-type giant about 594 light-years away, on the delicate half-circle of the Northern Crown. Its name pairs it with the visual neighbour Nu-1: together they form one of those optical doubles the eye learns to recognise under good darkness, though their true distances are separated by an abyss. The crown welcomes its discreet light without it ever rivalling the diadem's central jewels.
