Its story
Within the modest Crow, Corvus —that small black sail nailed south of Virgo— shines a yellow-white type F star, slightly hotter and more luminous than the Sun. Its light took barely 124 years to cross the void: it set out when the Lumière brothers were projecting their first films in Paris and the Belle Époque lit its gaslit cafés. It still arrives young, a clear flame among the four wings of the mythic bird.
