Psi

Its story

Psi Leonis is a red M2 giant whose surface burns at about 3,961 K, far cooler than the Sun yet shining 705 times brighter through sheer size: its radius is 56 solar radii. At 611 light-years, in the mane of the zodiacal Lion, it is also slightly variable, and its reddish light is the signature of an aged star near the end of its stable life as a giant.
