Its story

In Orion, the great hunter of the winter sky, shines a yellow giant whose light began its journey close to the year 993, deep in the Middle Ages, when the Christian Iberian kingdoms were consolidating against Al-Andalus. Older and more swollen than the Sun, it radiates a constant golden glow, characteristic of stars that have already left their youth behind and approach their final age.
