Hot blue starIts story
Hot and bluish-white, this B-star dwells in Orion, the most recognisable constellation of the winter sky, home to young giants and clouds of gas. Its light crossed 724 years of space: it set out around 1302, as Dante wrote the first verses of the Inferno in his Florentine exile and the Italian language was being born line by line.
