Its story
52 Piscium glows in subdued orange some 261 light-years away, within one of the broadest and most delicate figures of the zodiac. The light arriving tonight set out in the late 18th century, just as astronomy was beginning to chart the sky systematically. It is a K-class star, cooler and older than the Sun, scattered among the imaginary threads that bind the Fishes.
