Its story
It lives in Lepus, that small constellation eternally fleeing beneath Orion's feet. A white A-type star, hotter and brighter than the Sun, its light took about 190 years to arrive: it set off when the Romantic painters —Turner, Friedrich— were rendering vast landscapes and stormy skies. A clean white point near the celestial hunter, as though the hare carried a lantern strapped to its back.
