Its story

51 Eridani is an astronomical rarity: barely 96 light-years away, it harbours 51 Eri b, one of the smallest exoplanets ever directly imaged, a young hot world captured by the Gemini Planet Imager and revisited by the James Webb telescope. The star itself is a young F-type member of a stellar association around ten million years old, and has also been confirmed as a Gamma Doradus pulsator. Eridanus, the celestial river, flows long toward the south carrying this system still under construction.
