Its story
In the head of the Bull, among the scattered daughters of the Hyades, this white A-type star quietly burns. Its light left the constellation about 141 years ago, when the Lumière brothers were taking cinemas first steps and the world was learning to remember through moving images. Hotter than the Sun, it shows a pure, almost bluish white, the mark of young and energetic stars. It belongs to the open cluster that traces the face of Taurus, a stellar family born from the same cosmic dust.
