In Eridanus, the celestial river winding southward, shines a yellow-white star of type F, somewhat hotter than the Sun. Its light has been on the road for 120 years: it set out in 1905, the year Einstein published his four annus mirabilis papers and rewrote modern physics. A discreet flame above the bankless flow of the longest river in the sky.
