20 Vulpeculae is a Be star of type B7, spinning at a dizzying 236 km per second —close to seventy percent of its critical break-up velocity— with a polar inclination of 71 degrees. Four times the Sun's mass, it radiates 460 times more light from a photosphere at 12,050 K. It shines at 805 light-years in the small Vulpecula, a blue-white point torn from the dark.
