Its story
28 Sagittarii burns orange nearly six hundred and eighty-four light-years away, in the direction of the galactic centre, where the Milky Way grows thicker and brighter. A K-type giant already in its old age, its light crosses interstellar clouds before reaching us. Sagittarius aims its arrow at the heart of the Galaxy: few constellations gather so much stellar material to the eye.
