Its story

Within the polar coils of Draco, some 316 light-years away, beats this orange type K star. Its light set out toward 1709, the year the first book printed with movable type appeared in Argentina and the Enlightenment advanced like a quiet tide. Cooler than the Sun and noticeably larger, it ages calmly inside a constellation that snakes unhurried around the northern celestial pole.
