In Hercules shines a yellow-white type-F star 122 light-years away. Its light set out in the early twentieth century, when Marie Curie received her second Nobel and radium began to illuminate new territories of matter. Slightly hotter than the Sun, its pearly hue sits between white and gold —a discreet, almost shy glow that crossed the void for a full century.
