Variable starIts story
Red, cold, variable. In the coiled body of Draco, this M-type star changes brightness at its own rhythm, as if breathing. Some 740 light-years away, its light started toward Earth when the Iberian Christian kingdoms were still celebrating partial victories against the caliphate and Granada was more than a century away.
