Its story
Epsilon Coronae Borealis presides over the northern diadem with the orange glow of a K-type giant, and keeps a secret: in 2012 a giant planet was confirmed orbiting it with a period of about four hundred days. At 222 light-years, although its world could not host life, the discovery enrolled it in the growing catalogue of evolved stars with planetary court.
