Its story

In the Wolf shines a yellow beacon whose light reaches us from beyond two thousand years. It set out toward the end of the second century before our era, while Rome was still waging the Punic Wars and the Han dynasty was consolidating China. It is a giant of the Sun's family —but bloated and a hundred times brighter—, a very slow farewell of burning hydrogen.
