Its story
67 Leonis is a white A-type star 461 light-years away, inside the Lion, the spring sky's defining zodiac constellation. Hot, young and luminous, it shines in an almost platinum tone. The constellation traces a crouching lion whose head is the famous Sickle; 67 Leonis lies not there but somewhat south, in the beast's body. Its light set out in the mid-sixteenth century, when Copernicus was publishing De Revolutionibus.
