Its story

The Lesser Dog, faithful companion to Orion on his hunt, harbours this yellow G-type star some one hundred and twenty-eight light years away. Its light set out in the years when sound cinema was being popularised and the first experimental television broadcasts were beginning. It is a G-type like our Sun —somewhat different— that watched a century rich in inventions depart.
