Its story
Another orange K-type in Carina, this one some 360 light-years away. Its light began travelling around 1666, the very year Newton, isolated by the plague, was breaking white light with a prism at Woolsthorpe. Today that copper glow, indifferent to human scientific parentheses, reaches our instruments as a silent echo.
