Its story

11 Persei floats in blue across the hero's field at 432 light-years. A B-type star — boiling, young, profoundly luminous: were it placed where the Sun is, its light would flood the sky. The glow we see now set out four centuries ago, in the height of the European Baroque. Magnitude 5.76 — a blue splinter at the edge of vision.
