Its story
In Piscis Austrinus —which catches in its mouth the water Aquarius pours— shines a K-type star, orange and serene, somewhat cooler than the Sun. Its light set out around the year 1330, when Giotto was painting his frescoes in Padua and Central Asia trembled under the heirs of Genghis Khan. It arrives now —faithful to its orange ember— like an echo of that distant century.
