Its story
A discreet yellow in the bird-of-paradise of Apus, lost in the far southern sky, some 762 light-years away. The light arriving tonight left when Dante was finishing the «Divine Comedy» in Ravenna and Europe still contemplated hell with literal eyes. A luminous, modest point that only shows itself from austral latitudes.
