Its story
In Boötes, eternal guardian of the northern sky, shines a white A-type star, hotter and more luminous than the Sun. Its light began the journey about 597 years ago, when Brunelleschi was completing the dome of Florence and geometric perspective was reordering the European gaze. It arrives now with that clean, almost architectural brightness proper to white stars.
