Its story

In the discreet Canis Minor glows an orange ember of type K, a star slightly cooler than the Sun that tints the sky with the hue of a lingering dusk. Its light crossed 254 years of emptiness to arrive here —it set out when the first hot-air balloons rose above Paris in 1783— and has travelled in silence while modern republics were born.
