Its story

In southern Carina shines a yellow-white star about 113 light-years away. Its light set out around 1913, on the eve of the First World War, when Europe was living its final certainties before the cataclysm. A bit hotter and brighter than the Sun, it offers a calm white point on the hull of the celestial ship that forever sails the southern skies.
