Rho
Its story
Rho Geminorum is a relatively nearby star, only 59 light-years away, set north of Castor in the body of the divine twin. Of F type, its hue is a slightly warm white and its brightness modest but steady. It belongs to the spectral family that separates stars like the Sun from the hotter, bluer ones —an intermediate link whose tepid light was already on its way when the twentieth century began.
