Its story
It pulses in Canis Minor, the smaller dog at the heels of Orion the hunter. A yellow G-type star, similar in temperature and colour to the Sun, though far more distant. Its light took about 294 years to reach us: it set out in the early 18th century, when the real Musketeers of the king of France were living their golden age at the court of Louis XIV. A twin of our Sun, whispering light from afar.
